3 on the team

  Summer swim team started up last week and we have 3 official swimmers on the team.  There were some words of doubt by the youngest here, but after the first day of practice I knew he was going to stick with it.

  He asked if he was supposed to wear undies under his speedo and I told him no.  He also told me he felt very naked.  Haha!  Time for him to get used to the speedo swim team life.  I mean he certainly looks the part.

    Joel didn't jump in right away, fortunately Calvin was happy to be the amazing big brother to show him the ropes.  Joel jumped right in after Calvin and followed him the whole time.  Calvin explained everything and my heart just about exploded watching.  They are the two little dark bodies in lane 2 at the other end of the pool.  This is so good for the both of them!

  We haven't quite wrapped up baseball or Girls on the Run, they both end in about 3 weeks, but somehow we are going to squeeze in swim team practices when we can!
