Biking with Gung Gung

Look who is in town and guess what he is doing with the kids?

Hannah came running into the house screaming, "Ava is riding a bike by herself!!!!!!"

  She totally was!  Not too far before she got way distracted and would stop pedaling or look over her shoulder, etc. and he would have to catch her.  Having me out there did not help with that!  Ha!  Those strider/balance bikes are the way to go!

  Another milestone about to be fully checked off of the list.  I'm a mess already.  My first baby is a day short of NINE years old.  I turned on the Frozen soundtrack today for the first time in forever (see what I did there?) and Ava insisted we listen on repeat.  She was as smitten as Hannah was when  I bought that for her when she was in kindergarten.  She's in 3rd grade, but it seemed like yesterday!  I don't know how this is happening, but can we make it slow down?
