Christmas tree hunt
We have gotten our tree the day after Thanksgiving the past couple of years. We have gone to the same place because there is something about Christmas and tradition that just go together (aside from the place we go being awesome). Maybe that's why I am not feeling like it's Christmas season right now... Football games instead of Christmas activities on the weekend, t-shirt weather in the afternoons every now and then, the absence of the exhausting hustle (I am SO ahead this year!), even the Christmas music is not helping. Or maybe it's the grind that just keeps my head down and feet moving without noticing what is going on around me. Whatever it is, I don't think I am being a grinch, I just haven't caught the Christmas spirit yet. The good news is that we have some time and we have some Christmas stuff on the agenda that will hopefully change this situation asap!
That's our tree we picked right behind them!
She was quite nervous in the "forest" that could potentially have bad guys/things. "I don't wike the forest. Why do we have to be in the forest?"
Joel was the tree topper this year. And we had to document it, so there is no argument next year about whose turn it is!
Have a great day!!

Tree topping is always best done in undies. ;)
