Generations

  Dropped my dad off at the airport today.  It is so nice to have him around.  As usual, he was always keeping busy and keeping the kids busy too.  He makes us dinner and gets the kids what they need and runs to the store and even vacuums without being asked.  He would take them to the park in the afternoon and I would start dinner or garden.  It is so nice to make dinner by yourself.  One morning, he took the kids outside and both Mike and I took an early morning nap.  I certainly inherited the nap taking gene from the Lee side for sure.

  Yesterday, we got a break in the rain and we took the kids to Happy Hollow.  The girls fed the animals and the boys chucked their food over the fence at them.  LOL.

  Well, I guess Calvin did it once.  They certainly inherited their scaredy cat genes from me regarding animals.  I like to look, but not touch!

  She would squeal every time she fed an animal.  Nothing beats a baby girl squeal!

  And Mike and I of course joke that she gets her crazy genes from the other.  I mean, who are you going to believe here?  Either way, we just can't get enough!!
