Two Saturdays ago, as we waited for Mike to come home from Prague, we decided to "kill" some time at the beach. (Calvin managed to kick sand in his own eyes and was trying to get it out with sandy fingers. We are novices at this beach thing.)
It was a beautiful morning and it being December and all, the place was deserted. I was trying to imagine what it is like here in late spring/summer. I'm sure it is just crazy.
What is even more crazy, Santa Cruz is about a 40 minute drive from us. That is nothing! If I feel like I need more to convince you to come visit us, I'll just put more beach pictures up. I promise I am not trying to make anyone jealous and/or infuriate you. This is merely an invitation. :)
