Kombucha factory
We have significantly increased production since one member of the family is finally on board. We've also started using these bottles because they hold more than the pint jars, but also because the lids of the pint jars start rusting and then you get a metallic taste in your mouth which means you are probably drinking the rust or corroded metal. Which probably completely offsets the healthy benefits you reap from drinking kombucha. Just an assumption of mine.
I also had some helpers. He loved using the funnel and dropping the ginger and sliced strawberries into the bottles. That is our new favorite flavor, you could say flava fav for short. :)
We've been sharing scobys with all of our friends too, so we all share our favorite kinds we've tried. I've heard lemon is good. Someone tried mango, but haven't heard back. We did some pomegranate juice from our pomegranates when they were in season and that was so so so yum! As for non-winners, chai kombucha is not for me.
He was recruited to get him away from the other two that he was trying to get to play with by hitting them and messing up their stuff. Totally the way you get people to be friends with you.
This one is just always by my side and is always hands on with whatever I'm doing whether I like it or not. This time, she could actually help! I wish there were more things that she could help with.
Well, the ginger got in the bottle, but not so much the strawberries. :)
If I can get said member of the family on board, then I know that I can get most anyone on the kombucha bandwagon. You don't have to brew it, but just keep trying it! :)

I miss kombucha so much. It's number two on my list of things that I miss. Number one is soccer.
