Rainy day play

Rainy days are perfect for baking.  We made banana bread this morning.  We make it pretty frequently and the kids just love to help.

 

They know their jobs.  Calvin peels and mashes the bananas while Hannah helps me measure the dry ingredients.  Then they switch jobs since it's fun passing the bowls and spilling ingredients everywhere.  :)

Joel somehow finds ways to entertain himself too.  Lining up cars in the skillet is great help actually.

 

We also went to the kid's museum this morning.  Even when it's rainy we still need to get out.  I think everyone was thinking that today.
