2016 calendar

  I am going to take a break from my Thanksgiving recap to mention I have created, finished, and packaged up my 2016 calendars for my Etsy shop.  I was super late this year, after being indecisive on a theme as well as wondering if I was going to even do a calendar this year.  I finally went for it as my 2015 garden calendar was the baby that gave way to opening up shop.  It has evolved into a custom stamp shop, but someday when I have more time other things will emerge and it will be random stuff, just like my crafting interests.

  This year I went with all flowers as that seemed to be people's favorite month last year.  I did all seasonal flowers, and tried to break free from my biology background and not make each flower scientifically perfect.  How does a left-brained artist create?  (The struggle, people!)  To let my creative side flow a bit more, I did a lot of color pops of whimsical flowers and foliage.  Before I go on, and let you think I am any crazier in my head than you already do, let me introduce you to my 2016 Floral Bouquet calendar.  Enjoy!

 

  You can buy them here and read about them in my shop description, but I'll also say it here.  These would make wonderful stocking stuffers, secret santa gifts, hostess gifts, teacher gifts, etc.  And returning customers have the option to buy the calendar without the stand.
