Outings with the babe
We ventured out with baby Layla and fam while they were here too. Of course, it had to be the coldest week we've had. We still managed to have some fun. :)
Layla's first trip to the beach. It was so cold!! It is so hit or miss at the beach in the winter. Last year it was gorgeous!!
We ate at the place we ate the first weekend we moved to Cali and went to Santa Cruz. Joel, just had turned 2, and remembered what he ordered from here. Couldn't believe it, this was half his life ago.
He is still killing us with his lines...
Yesterday he asked me out of no where, "So, how's it when I'm gone? How are you doing when 3 of us are in school?"
Thank you for asking, you sweet boy!
I asked him if he played with anyone at school today and he said, "Not anybody. Not even myself."

She asked for some pics with fall leaves. She got it! hahaha!
(Now I'm scared of what she'll post on her blog!)
Daddy's girl!

Christmas tree farm. Did you know tree-gating is a thing? Hot chocolate (and "other" beverages of choice) with pastries and eggs, all served from the back of the car. Maybe the term "tree-gating" isn't a thing, but tailgating at the tree farm is definitely a thing. Next year.
Seahawks socks. Always.
Corona Heights, SF
Each trip we take up to the City includes a new destination. Great view and not crowded at all!
The kids got to climb these rocks and did not want to leave.
You know I love adventuring! And little Layla did great, at least from my perspective. :) Now come back when it's warm so we can give you the true beach experience. Because that is our family's happy place.

Joel cracks me up!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't you worry about what I'm posting... You guys didn't know that I got some videos! ;)
