She'll always be the baby

  It's true.  It is embedded into our thinking and the way we treat her.  She will always seem littler, sweeter, cuddlier, squishable-er.  Okay, I'm making up words.  But she is just so darn cute!

 

  My perspective was changed for a short bit while our little friend, Crosby, was here for a visit from Portland.  Crosby's mom and I are friends from college.

 

    No longer the littlest.

 

Not always the sweetest.  Sorry, Crosby!  (No babies were harmed!)

Not always the cuddliest either.  But very tasty!

 

  Okay, so my perspective really hasn't changed, but it was certainly fun to see how big she was next to 4 month old, Crosby.

 

Fun fact:  Ava was born on Crosby's mom's birthday and Crosby was born on Mike's birthday.
