Halloween 2014

  Our Halloween festivities started on Wednesday.  I thought we were going to be all Halloween-ed out by this time, but

we are not.  Unfortunately, Calvin came down with some horrible tummy bug Wednesday night and so we have been cooped up inside besides taking him to the doctor and waiting in the dreadful pharmacy line.  We missed a fun event today and who knows what we are doing tonight now.  I am SO glad his preschool did their costume parade on Wednesday, because he was able to participate and wear his costume he has been loving.

    This morning Hannah had her costume parade at school.  She was fully costumed before we even got out of bed.

  Hannah's teacher is seriously THE BEST.  The whole staff dressed up as pirates and her teacher was the parrot.  I mean who does this?  She is great.

Unfortunately, Calvin has had no desire to be in costume let alone be a ninja.  Joel, however, has no problem with this!

 

  I'm hoping Calvin will have the energy to at least visit a couple of our neighbors' homes tonight.  Not a good day to be sick!  I'm also hoping I can get a picture of all of them in costume.  The odds are against me and it is POURING, so that doesn't help much either.  Have a safe night!
