Record heat

 Supposedly we had record heat on Monday. It was definitely hot and when it's hot, we live at the pool.  That day we had lessons, stayed for lunch and an afternoon swim, went home for naps, and then went back to the pool with Mike for dinner.  The baby pool was kind of cloudy in the morning.  By evening, the water was thick with sunscreen.  It was pretty gross, but it was better than staying home.  You all are going to get sick of our pool pictures.  Tough.  :)

 

  Hannah is diving off the blocks and getting out far!  I have coached swimming for a number of years and this just impresses me.

Poolside lunch.  We are living the life.

  Afternoon fun.  I wish I could get pictures of the kids actually swimming as Calvin is becoming quite the little fish.  Unfortunately, I don't really have the luxury of chasing them around deck with a camera because I have to follow Joel pretty closely.  I especially have to when the water goes to his nose level as he walks across the baby pool.  That little boy is fearless.  Not to mention that he laughs as he swallows and chokes on the water while he follows his siblings around the pool.
