First Day of School

This happened.

 

Our baby girl grew up and went to her first day of kindergarten.  Can't believe we are at this stage already, but we are diving in.

 

There are a lot of "front porch on the first day of school" pictures here, but I couldn't not include them all.  Somehow, one nice smile earns a lot of silly pictures.  I'll take 'em all.

 

Sra. Mazor welcomed each child with "buenos dias" and ushered them into the classroom.  Hannah was pretty excited that she was wearing her high heels again.  :)

 

It was pure madness on this first day as each family had to send off each student in style.  Our stripey crew gave lots of hugs and "wuv yous" to Hannah as we said good-bye.

 

We did it!  (And we'll be doing it again tomorrow and for another 10 months.  Fortunately, Mike is home for another 2 weeks to ease me into this new rigid routine.)
