Clifford and the Junior Museum

  I mentioned Hannah was Star Student last week and the big hurrah at the end of the week is getting to take Clifford home for the weekend.  Let me tell you, Clifford is one lucky dog!  He has been a lot of places.  Besides the normal activities, eating lunch and reading books, the special place we took Clifford was to the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo.  We had such a rainy weekend we had to find an indoor activity and this is where we landed.

 

  We actually had a nice clearing so we played outside and had lunch before going into the museum.  We met up with our friends and enjoyed the sunshine I am now so dependent on (for my sanity).

 

  The inside is small, but is perfect for letting your kids be independent while still being able to keep an eye on all of them. 

Joel was learning about wind power.  Well, at most his hair was feeling the power!

 

The zoo is outside and they have a number of animals on exhibit. 

 

  We have been here one other time and that time the bobcats were up and about.  The picture of the boys with the bobcat was from when we went in December.

 

  We had fun going again to the museum and was a perfect place for us to go so we could get out of the house!
