Happy Hollow, Part 2

We went to Happy Hollow again this Friday.  I mentioned before that the first time we went we didn't do everything.  This time, we explored and conquered the park, we know it like the back of our hand.  No, not really.  Okay, not at all.  The kids had so much fun the first time, they wanted to do all of the same things again!

Hannah was so excited to feed the goats so we went there first thing.  Unlike the first time, when the goats probably had been feeding for an hour, the goats were ravenous!  They kept trying to eat out of the machine before I could get the food out, so I had to elbow them away.  If your palm was in a fist and it was slightly possible there was food, the goats went after you.  They were aggressive!  Hannah and Calvin were running away screaming.  Needless to say, we enjoyed the goats from the outside of the gate this time.

Waiting for the train ride with our buddy.  This was a new thing for us.  (Sadly, the roller coaster was closed.)

Oh my, it's a pink castle!  Hannah could not have been more delighted!  She thought that maybe Elsa was inside.

We had to see these large rodents again.  This time they were swimming and it looked like they might have been playing a game with each other.  They were actually quite fast swimmers, so much so that my dad wished he could glide like them.  :)  Haha!

Good-bye, Happy Hollow!

We have been busy this week getting things done with the help of my dad in town, celebrating Calvin's birthday, preparing for his party tomorrow, and getting Hannah all checked out for surgery next week.  Lots of posts to come, but maybe a bit sporadic with all that is going on.  Hope you have a nice weekend!
