10+ days late

  It's January 4th.  I literally just put on a fresh coat of holiday nail polish that I had wanted to don for the Christmas season.  I would say I'm a few days late.

 

  I am also just getting around to packaging up and sending out some other Christmas cheer that I, again, wanted to get out before Christmas.  However, there is a positive part to this.  Keep reading.

  Every year, I package up some special treats to give away to friends and family.  They are a hit to say the least.  Besides my peanut sauce recipe, this is the most asked for recipe.  And yes, I do share recipes.  :)

 

  These are my infamous gingerbread caramels.  Spiced with ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves; each morsel is irresistible!

 

It ends up being a lot of caramels to wrap, but the kids love to get involved.  Everyone has their job.

Hannah and Calvin even help wrap now.  Don't worry, I make them wash their hands!

 

  Here's the good news.  Since I didn't get a chance to send out caramels to everyone I had wanted to before we left for Seattle, I am making another batch and sending out a round 2.  If you didn't get any caramels and would like some, comment below or email me your address if I don't have it and I will send you some.  My first giveaway!  :)  It's first come, first served, so get them before they are gone!  If you already got some, you have to wait until next year.  Don't worry, Maggie, you're already on my list.  :)
