Birthday party

We went to a birthday party on Saturday.  It was for a little girl whose family also moved here from Seattle, and coincidentally they lived 2 miles away from our Seattle house.  Easy and instant connection.

 

I love birthday parties because I get to watch my kids' interactions with other kids that I don't normally get to see.  And kids' birthdays generally are just a happy thing.  :)

 

 

The pool was an activity for the party, but apparently it was too cold!  Calvin was the only brave one and the only way he would get in was to be thrown.

Then we thought the trampoline might help the others jump in, but it was still only Calvin.  :)
