Simple things

  Isn't it great when the simplest things bring the greatest moments of happiness?  Every box that we receive Joel asks if it can be made into a house, for him that is.  While still not that feasible, this size box was better than the last one that I told could be a house for his matchbox cars.  The idea of making a train made that house idea vanish in an instant and little missy wanted in the moment she saw Joel climb into the engine.  Joel was most definitely hopping up and down with a huge grin on his face as I was taping it together, which is his way of showing excitement.

 

  What is it about connecting things (the more the better) and dragging them all together that children love?

  Speaking of trains.  This was about the cutest (and loudest) thing that happened this past week.  One of those wonderful moments when all are playing nicely together.  Listening to their laughter is just pure joy.
