Puppy love

  Mike's parents have been in town for just over a week now and the littlest have loved having their dog around.  Ava loves dogs in general and Joel likes to brush her and give her treats.  I am hoping these visits are the dog fixes they need, because no way am I going to give in to their requests.

    A turtle floatie is about all I'm good for in terms of pets.  It's a good thing she says floatie with as much excitement as puppy.

  With Mike's parents in town we get to do stuff on our own a bit.  So, I say things like "We're going on a date tonight!" with excitement.  Because we are!
